In order to provide a professional service, we have instated a few conditions for all subscribers to UPD Hosting. These conditions are strictly enforced and my be amended at any time without notice to ensure that UPD Media Group and UPD Hosting maintain excellent service to all of our customers.
Publishing Content Policy
UPD Media Group and UPD Hosting does not allow any of the following content, or links to such content, to be published on UPD Hosting Servers:
- Content of a sexually explicit, or violent nature.
- Content of an illegal nature (including stolen copyrighted material).
- Pirated software sites.
- "Hate sites" or content that could reasonably be considered as slanderous or libelous.
Subscribers posting any of the above content on our servers or their websites will be notified by the subscribers email address on file and given a 48 hour period to make any corrective actions to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. If no corrective actions are taken, UPD Media Group and UPD Hosting will suspend all services of the hosting account until a resolution is met.
Repeated violation of this Policy may cause cancellation of service without refund of any fees.
Acceptable Email Policy
UPD Media Group and UPD Hosting does not allow unsolicited email messages (Junk Mail and Spam) sent by any subscribers to our web hosting plans. Subscribers sending unsolicited email messages from our system, or through other systems with messages referencing a website hosted on our system, will have all of their services suspended for a 48 Hour Period.
If you are offering Email Subscriptions to any Mass Mailing System we suggest you use a double opt-in service that records sign up IP address, date signed up as well as date confirmed. If you require advice on how to comply with our Email Policy please feel free to contact us for a list of programs that will help you enable a responsible mailing list system.

Illegal Activities
Subscribers found using our web servers, email or any service offered by UPD Hosting for illegal activities, including but not limited to breaking in to remote systems, credit card fraud, theft, vandalism, threats, or violence, will have all accounts immediately canceled without refund of any fees.
Hostnames, IP Addresses
UPD Media Group will remain the sole owner of all IP network addresses within our network. Our best effort will be taken to maintain permanency of subscribers allocated IP address, however UPD hosting reserves the right to change customer's underlying IP network address during upgrades, security provisioning, or any other network migration service.
