1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You acknowledge that you have read, agree to abide by, and accept these Terms and Conditions, including as they may be amended from time to time. Ignorance of these Terms and Conditions is not an excuse for any violation.


2. MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. UPD MEDIA GROUP  reserves the right to add to, delete from, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time.


3. ACCEPTANCE / TERMINATION. UPD MEDIA GROUP reserves the right to deny YOU admittance into this Webmaster Affiliate Program, or to terminate YOU from this Webmaster Affiliate Program at any time for any reason. Also, UPD MEDIA GROUP may terminate this Webmaster Program at any time for any reason. UPD MEDIA GROUP will provide e-mail notification of denial of admittance or of termination.


4. VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Violation of any or all of these Terms and Conditions is grounds for termination. In all cases, UPD MEDIA GROUP shall be the sole determiner of whether a violation exists and may act on good faith suspicion alone.


5. AGE REQUIREMENT. In order to participate in this Webmaster Affiliate Program, YOU must be over the age of 18 or of the legal age, depending on local regulations.


6. PAYMENTS.
• Payments are made based on referrals during a calendar month beginning and ending on the 15th day of the month.
• Checks will be mailed on the 15th of every month for commissions earned the previous payment period.
• Commissions are paid on ALL sites purchased by the referred customer within the first 14 days of the referral.
• Referral Commissions are payable only when the customer visits directly from your referral link with your affiliate linking code tracked within out system or if the referral is mentioned in signup.
• Chargeback’s and returns under our 30 Day Satification Guarantee will be deducted from commissions as they occur. A 30 “Cooling Off Period” is allocated for this reason.


7. PROHIBITED ACTIVITY.
• Links generated from spam or in any unsolicited manner will end in termination of your affiliate account.
If you engage in any prohibited activity, or in any similar activity or practice to accomplish similar results, your participation in this Webmaster Program will be terminated immediately as a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
